We frequently seek to praise or to castigate a business for our perceptions of service received and there are often problems with 'pulled' posts. I understand that IPC - and other web publishers - want no truck with legal spats that we create and that costs them money to resolve, so it is probable that the Censor-Trolls in the dungeons underneath IPC Towers are trained to delete anything that may cause a faintly raised eyebrow in a litigation lawyer.
