I recently sailed my boat from Spain to the Clyde via Ireland. I carefully read the "Notice 8" but could find no requirement to tell any authority of my arrival. Have I missed something ?

Not only did I miss the hard lumpy bits but I also found the Clyde/Carron canal (where I missed some of the lumpy bits) and she is now within 20 minutes pedalling distance at Port Edgar.
