Combination Microwave / Ovens on boats

What about running the microwave and convection oven at the same time as some of these ovens do.. sounds like an awful big draw.

The one I have at home, a Samsung, uses 1200watts on convection, and does not allow you to use full micro power if the oven is working, so I reckon peak power will not be much over 2kW.
