Com-Pac 27

Hi to all Wondering if anyone has any experiences or thoughts on a Com-Pac 27 as a weekend cruiser

Looking at a 2008 boat at the moment

Had a look on the net and found a review that was mainly positive but said they didn't point all that well compared to more modern designs and that they had some delaminating rudder issues when around 10 years old

Any information would be appreciated
