Colvic Watson Hull

Does anybody have or know where/who I can get a plan and section drawing of the hull construction of a Colvic Watson Motor Sailer 25'-6" long, built in 1989?
I need to know how the ballast voids are arranged.
I'll pay a reasonable charge for this information.
Details needed quickly.
