no but when i had the issue (twice, once on either side) it was the fuse at fault.
Going down doesnt need much power so enough power can maybe get through via the relay, enough to open a solenoid and the weight of the leg and the prop thrust helps lower the leg.
raising is a different matter and loads of power is needed.
I tested the fuse
worked fine in that a 12v light would shine
BUT it couldnt provide 55amps.
other times it would make contact and work fine both up and down.
it took me 5 months to solve the problem, during which time every 4th lift I would have to jump power from the fuse to the lift motor.
its worth checking and needs eliminating in my opinion.
