I heard of a rib that hit a fishing boat at speed. The rib must have sustained quite a bit of damage but did a runner.

Anyone know anything else?

Didn't that happen last year and someone was prosecuted recently as a result?

There was a Guy last year in a rib that hit a buoy in Southampton water, thats why the speed limit was introduced this year, he has just been put in prison for 3 or 4 months.
