As has previously been pointed out, as an existing subscriber it is not technically a cold call.
More a case of flogging a willing horse, if you will exscuse the mixed metaphor

Hmmm, how about reducing the amount of marketing material they send us, that should reduce their costs. I have calculated that about £30 of my £100 and something a year is spent on telling me how they need more money, save telling me and put the £30 to better use
