Cocoa?

Why does the forum stop responding for 2 - 3 minutes every night at 2300hrs?
Does it go to make itself a cup of cocoa?

23:00 UK time is only 21:00 here in Greece. Cocoa? We are just about getting showered and dressed ready to go for a drink, then on for our evening meal about 23:00 our time, when you are all maybe heading for bed. Oh, its tough in these warm climates...
