Cockpit cover Walton on The Naze

A cheap solution I may well be able to help with. I have a source for commercial grade tarpaulins, formerly used as marquees at one of those posh events where they use once then sell off. Only able to source the tarp's with no framework, but I'm going to use one as a complete boat cover. Sizes vary but quality looks to be pretty good from what I've got so far, the first one was so big I could have wrapped Sixpence in it, not just covered her. Think the length was about sixty foot but the garden's got trees in the way so I couldn't unfold it completely, good stuff though, and with a sewing machine capable of stitching and a DIY minded person ....

Whither also NJ Mussett of Mersea?

I think the Dolphin thing (yuk) is a tie up from Gowen, sailmaker by appointment to Sir Sailorman.

I've got Dolphin covers on my boat..it came with them...and they are dire, but looking at the the work they did on a Gunfleet 43 they seem to be first class, maybe things have changed?
