Well done for starting this. I'm willing to help if needed but like you, I don't have any great skills to create a web site. Whatever happens, we need to salvage any information from the old site to incorporate into the new. I'll contact the webmaster and see if he can send that to me. It would be a shame to lose it all.

On your site, I can't access the forums section even though I have registered - Access denied.

Yes, exactly what I have been thinking. Plus it would be advantageous to me as I will learn a lot as well.

I have tried sending a message through the site but the email server has declined my email.

Sorted now, forum restrictions were set too high! :D

Done a fair bit now, shameless pulling off the old website. TBH there isn't a lot of actual information on it, I think wolfee's/dipper's/yours is far more informative.

Any luck on contacting the webmaster from the old site?

I've put what I plan for the site in the "news" section of the website, have a read and see if you agree.

I've got in and used it no probs.
Daniel is home this weekend, I wonder if we have any legacy from the old forum...
Judging by monkfish having been "told off" the current host is in no mood to share what is already in the public domain?

I just got a really irritating you must answer a question to win an iphone webpage that would not go away, I had to kill IE to get rid of it.

I hope that didn't come from the new cobra site. I've never seen it before. I think it came from an advert that said I had a messge from the forum, I mistook it for real.

I will have to find a way to block them.

Well done Monkfish. I can offer lots of info about the SW30 and some of the later history. I know of 8 owners between Poole and, Norway and will try and recruit them too.
I also have a copy of the original brochure and an article that appeared in ym at the launch.

Thankyou for joining guys!

Yeah, be careful not to be duped into clicking that message advert at the top, there will be no pop ups from the site, it should purely be advert driven on screen.

Is the forum system ok? There is a PM facility on it aswell, just let me know i you want extra categories, i just don't want to put too many up to start with as it may make conversation between the current fora a bit sparse.
