It's not only the coastal waters around the uk - UK coastguards co-ordinate rescues from all over, and not just leasure boaters they cover all shipping! nice to have them listening, thanks Oh and well done on the VHF - fantastic manner and sense of humour, although it goes over the heads of many!

Signatures have now exceeded the 200 minimum required for a response and there are now more than 500 , any idea of the total so far ? The whole thing is now featuring on various websites , including mine , so maybe the total will continue to rise at a steady rate /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
