Have we not? There's 28 "public correspondence" channels, and while I know a couple have been taken over for other purposes it seems like there'd be quite a few left. Presumably an automated MSI service would be taking over the function of the Coastguard's present announcement (not working) channels, so we can include those in the count.

The continuous loop system seems to work alright in that little country over there, called the USA.

And in New Zealand -probably in any country with an open mind
