Coastal Leisure are based at Town Quay, which is right by the Red Funnel terminal for those that don't know it.
If you are looking for a yacht broker in the central Southampton area, then our broker in Ocean Village marina will certainly be happy to chat to you about buying or selling.
Richard is based at our Ocean village office and is always happy to sit down and chat with you in our office over a coffee to see how we can help.
He can be reached on 02380 230100 or drop into the office which is just underneath the Royal Southampton Yacht Club. Our advice is always free!

I got new Duoprops off them which they claimed were new genuine Volvo as they were out of stock of new aftermarket ones, they were old ones which had been reconditioned never mind new Genuine! Snooty know it all female on the phone claimed all new Volvo props had the paint flaking off and had grinding marks around the tips!
Got my money back in the end but no apology and I had to pay the return postage!
well, the director / owner is a Nic Hart, and from the company website you would expect him to have recently taken over at Coastal Leisure.
"Coastal Leisure Ltd is a company that was founded in 1996 and is now managed and owned by Nic Hart. Nic has experience of managing companies at a senior level and intends to create an organisation that has the customer at the centre."
However, he has been with CL Ltd for nearly 8 years, so he has time to imprint his vision of customer service on the organisation.
The said NH was with MKI Ltd as Managing Director for six years, where they had "offices in 22 countries and 900 people employed and the turnover was $500,000" (Shurely shome mistake ? Ed)
In addition to CL Ltd, he seems to be involved with PXBoats:-
http://www.pxboats.com/
another site which gives a good impression of being a global player in the maritime leisure market.
I am sure that if you emailed him directly with your concerns, he - as an international businessman dedicated to service "once out the other side [of making a purchase ?]with your prefect [sic] boat we offer you further services from servicing to cleaning and general maintenance." - would give you his undivided personal attention.
Coastal Leisure Ltd has total exemption status at Companies House, which means that it qualifies as a 'small' company with a limited turnover and balance sheet.
Oh yes, BTW, NH is a Formula One afficionado.
