Some Co2 alarms say suitable for motorhome/caravans but NOT boats! Why is this as my boat is drier inside than some caravans i have been in!
I wondered that, hence my request for links. But you can get carbon dioxide alarms, mainly used for road vehicles....er, don't you mean CO alarms?

Increased levels of carbon dioxide can cause drowsiness, so in the enclosed space of a car they can be dangerous.I could understand the need for that in an ice-cream van using dry ice, but nothing else ...

If that is a real problem, why are monitors not fitted to all cars by international law? Heaven preserve us from the safety zealots.....
I've got a feeling that truck drivers on Oz have them, there was a circuit for one published in a magazine over there.
