Club Da Mar Palma

Any one been or currently mooring there?
I'm in Majorca looking at Marinas but am running out of time to get round them, so I wondered if anyone has pros/cons of this one.

Yes we moored our boat in Club de Mar for 5 seasons from 2005 to 2009

Pros

Only 10-15mins taxi ride from Palma airport
Good security
Parking spaces next to your boat on many quays
On site supermarket, chandlery, restaurant and bar
Maintenance yard on site (although not with big hoist)
Access to club swimming pool and night club
Walking distance to Palma old town with many bars/restaurants
Close to some decent anchorages
Palma bay is the least windiest area on the island

Cons

In urban location next to busy Paseo Maritimo road
V large marina with long walk to facilities if you are at far end
Occasional swell from harbour traffic
Aggressive sterngear fouling
No beaches or childrens' activities nearby
