Club Burgee - flag etiquette

Good afternoon all ... need an advice re flag etiquette pls. Would like to know where and on which side do i have to hoist the club burgee. I have a 36 foot yawl.

Also the club has two sizes: one 12 x18 inches and a larger one 18 x 27 inches. Which of these size would be best?

Starboard or at the masthead if you have the technology - go for the smaller of the two burgees - it wullnae cost quite sae much!

And yes, as said, starb'd spreader and second only to a courtesy flag; also to be swapped to and from boat with the skipper.

unless you are in Sweden where everyone puts them on the Port side !Don't no why but it's true.

Club burgee on stbd in descending order if a member of more than one club ie warranted club superior on hoist.If displaying courtesy flag this should replace club burgees on stbd which should be transferred to port.
Some countries are very particular regarding display as are some regions ,for example the Basque who like their flag displayed superior to national flags.Fines have sometimes been imposed for displaying incorrectly.You may like to be a member of EEC but Euro flag is a definite no.Also be careful in Turkey Greece and Cyprus for well documented reasons.
