cleaning white cockpit dodgers

anybody know to get them white again mines are clean with all the dirt removed but still yellowing i have tried bleach ,heavt duty cleaner,and pvc cleaner

I think that the yellowing is the plasticiser coming out of the PVC. Same thing affects plastic hood windows. I'm not aware of any treatment that can remedy it.

Try Vanish Oxy Action but dilute it first.

If you've gone that far, they're clean. What you're now looking at is very clean, discoloured PVC - it goes that way in the end. Get coloured ones next time, or pretend they were always that colour. Failing that, go voluntarily and temporarily colour blind.
