cleaning sails with anionic surfactants

I Am thinking of soaking my Genoa in a anionic surfactants called biotech it does not contain phosphate or beach and says it will take away stain,specifically green stains.

Is this a good idea,does anyone know if it will work.

Fairy liquid has lots of these, you may as well just wash it properly with some fairy. I don't think soaking will help much in this stuff
