Cleaning propeller

Any advice on the best way to clean up and polish a propeller? It's a two year old folding Volvo saildrive propeller. It has been jetwashed but does not feel exactly smooth and certainly doesn't shine like some I've seen.

You can get a metal finishing pad, made by 3M and used by stainless fabricators, which |I have found the best for getting a preliminary polish on mine. I finish off with metal polish.
Mind you, my propellor is aluminium bronze and I don't know how the same procedures would work on stainless. I doubt it's feasible on alloy or enamelled props.
