When I bought the boat, one shower wasn’t working and the other only had hot water. The taps were also slow. Taking the shower mixer taps off I could see white gunk blocking the pipes. A quick prod got some flow. The boat hadn’t really been used much for at least 8 years.
I tried this PSR | Water System Cleaner | Drew Marine Trac Ecological
The result was really impressive. The flow from the taps improved quickly as the foamy water came through. I poured it back into the tank and did all the taps and showers. A couple of hours soaking and then flush it all through.
We now have lots of pressure at all taps and showers. I’ve no connection to the company. It was £80 well spent.
