Cleaning NMEA 2000 Plug

Hello everyone,

I'm having network issues with my NMEA 2000 Garmin network. I’m pretty sure I’ve tracked it down to a slightly dodgy connection on the back of the Chartplotter. The female socket on the drop cable, plugged into the back of the Chartplotter looks a little grubby.

It’s tiny and delicate. What’s the best way to clean it?

RS PRO Contact Cleaner Lubricant 400 ml Aerosol | RS

Spray on both parts of connector. Make and separate plug/socket a couple of times. Spray again, wipe off surplus with paper towel. Job done.
