Clacton on Sea Air Show 2008 Highly Recommended.

We anchored about half a mile off the beach along with about 100 other boats. The sea was calm, The weather was fine, The show was fantastic

If you didnt make it this year, or do not know about it. I highly recommend it.. Its a great day out. (We normally go to watch the Southend Air Show but the weather was rubbish this year).

Good pictures. I must try next year. Do you get marshalled as to where to anchor or anything like that?

Yes there are temporary orange marker buoys marking the area supposedly directly underneath the display, & woe betide you of venture inside them, as a Police Rib zooms out from the beach & and tells you "buzz off".
