Jersey has a traffic light system but everywhere is red at present. You just need to go on their website for updates. From what we’ve been told I suspect Jersey is more likely to open up as opposed to Guernsey.

From the Guernsey government website:

"Anyone wishing to travel between 22 March 2021 and 30 April 2021 will currently be subject to a mandatory 14 days of self-isolation on arrival in the Bailiwick.

Non-essential travel on or after 30 April 2021 will be subject to border controls based on country/region categorisations. These will determine the self-isolation requirements.
If you are travelling from an area with very low prevalence rates of COVID-19 this could mean that you are required to provide a test on or before arrival and be subject to passive follow up restrictions until you get another negative test result after a test on day 7."

Currently the Harbour Authority is sympathetic to mariners requiring a port of refuge. You should communicate well in advance of arrival. You would doubtless be advised not to attempt to land.

Similarly I believe it is ok to anchor (not in the harbour), but not to land. Havelet, next door to the Harbour, is monitored by our Border Agency.

Jersey has a traffic light system for arrivals

you need a PCR test on arrival, (day 0) day 5 and day 10 ..tests are free and provided at the harbour

as of today all of Uk is red so you need to isolate till clear result on day 10 ...so effectively you are required to isolate on your boat till day 11

as of 26 April Uk will be reclassified regionally

if you arrive from a green region, you will be free to move around after a negative day 0 test

as things currently stand most of UK would be classified as green but the status will be set on 19 April and reviewed weekly thereafter

you are required to preregister arrival on line, including where you have been in previous 14 days

marinas and harbours check on you by radio as you approach
