Mainly do this at work and very rarely log in at night. Mind you 10 days off means idle hands and I can't wait to see what nonsense will be wriiten in the next few alcohol fuelled days.
It would possibly be the last thing I ever did.... or at the very best, I would talk with a funny squeak for the rest of my life.... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
With any luck from the weather gods, I shall be out sailing for a few hours in the morning - hopefully with a few other yachts from the harbour - so probably not loggin into SB /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif .
Sadly the only way we can get at all boaty is to log on briefly as the boat is still not back in the sea. But at least the keel is back on /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Just look in,i have to find some drivers, and as im set to cook all but the Turkey its best im near by,just waiting untill i can begin peeling the potatoes, and some where i can be seen to nod at the constant unstoppable flow of converstion--- while the download runs, and i wonder where i can find another simson lawrance manual anchor winch.
Eat well and be merry today-- Christmas
looking at the time and date of this post you mean Christmas day-then you work from home??
Anyway thanks for the Christmas greatings and i wish you a wonderful christmas.
How many went sailing today?
Just phoned by a friend from Wrexham Broad (ok I know the Broads arn't proper sailing). They have dropped the mudhook in the centre and are roasting their turkey on board. Their boat is not large, has no heads (or holdong tank) and they have had two bottles of wine already. They phoned for advice on the options......!
Got out for a couple of hours - blue sky from edge to edge and a pleasant breeze for a few hours - then the cold grey clouds rolled in. But still a loverly day for a sail.
