Well, it is on West Wittering beach.

Do you know which way it is pointing exactly? or roughly? I can see some land (is that the tip of South Hayling?)

So is it pointing WSW? Any better accuracy?

That's the IOW you can see ...

so the cam must be pointing a heck of a lot more South then.

The beach runs ~ WNW -> ESE (or vice versa if you're going the other way ... that camera is pointing ~SSW perhaps even as much as SW ...

GOOD GRIEF, there's a couple of windsurfers out in that. It looks horrible.

Just had a look at the Chimet details and low water is about 1.5m and waves are near 2.0m - I wouldn't fancy crossing the bar at the moment.

The webcam seems to be following the windsurfers rather than just on auto.
