checking on your boat

Are we allowed to go and check the boat with the travel restrictions as mine is in langstone harbour on a deep water mooring .

I would say no, unless you could check on it by walking or cycling past it from home. You certainly couldn't get in your car and drive to check it, as it would not be deemed a necessary journey.
