I'm pleased you are sorted -- and of course I realised that you had already ordered from Amazon USA before I made my post.
But why do you seem to be so cross with me? I was (and still am) under the impression that Amazon's usual transatlantic shipping rates for books is $12.95, so it occurred to me that one or two forumites might find the price advertised on my website to be of interest.
But I'm sorry if I've offended anyone: I thought I was being helpful.
