Where's the cheapest mooring on or around the Deben? Small 20 foot sailing boat. Can dry out.

Ramsholt is the place but the waiting list is so long that I think it is closed at the moment.
Talked to the Harbour Master the other day.
He was not aware of any of the mooring being given up this year.
The only way of using a mooring there is to find someone willing to sub-let their mooring to you.
The few on here that have a mooring and are not using it have, as far as I am aware, offered them to others.
