Cheapest I've found is Lymington Yacht haven - though you do need to pay by cash or cheque to get the best price, and it depends on quantity too. Certainly worth giving them a call.

LYH was always cheap, all the fishing boats used it.

There used to be a pontoon upstream from Cowes on the West bank that was cheap, but I'm talking 6 years ago now!

Lymington Yacht Haven 43p/l if you buy over 500l.

A few weeks back, it was 43p/litre for over 300 litres. If you take more than 1500 it dropped to 41p/litre. As I said - worth giving them a call, they'll tell you the price over the phone.

Discussed this several times over the w/e.

Lymington is cheapest is seems for cash.

Port Solent is 45p posted and 41/42p for overnighters/berthholders


Yarmouth was 56p with 10/15/20% off over 300/400/500 litres I think it was.

Seeing your post and the one from Kev B confuses me. Port Solent and Chichester are both Premier marinas as is Falmouth and its posted at 55p/l with bertholders getting it for 50p/l here. I though Premier were buying in bulk so the costs would be the same in all the marinas. maybe its transport costs to get it over the border into Cornwall!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Itchen Marine are usually cheap too, don't mknow what they are at for now, but we always use em.

they won't buy in bulk that way - they will buy for delivery to each marina as required

prices have been moving a fair few ppl over short periods recently.

Corralls fuel pontoon at Poole lifting bridge is 44ppl if you open an account, which is free & gives at least a months free credit. Open 24 hours using fuel card provided with account.
