Cheap yacht

I thought you meant a yacht.Instead we get a boat...

"YACHT
Definitions
noun

a vessel propelled by sail or power, used esp for pleasure cruising, racing, etc"

Not a very nice post, 30boat, I was just posting something that might help someone. I didn't need to, but I did.

I never expected that such a social minded post might dredge up a troll/pedant, but I am sure your massive post count means that you believe any social niceties are not valid to you and that you can intimidate or bully me because of my low post count. Same old, same old and VERY par for the course.
My post was designed to help someone and to add to this community, what was yours designed to do?

I want it.

It is a Luxury Yacht. If Your Yacht is not a luxury, You are not trying.

I want, nay demand that Luxury Yacht because, I BUILT IT.

18" Juno 560 Trailer Sailer Yacht, Sailing Boat needs some work but sound, NEEDS TO BE UPLIFTED BY FRIDAY.

I recall with pleasure putting every deck fitting on that Luxury Yacht.

I look with pleasure that my handiwork has withstood the ravages of time and weather, unlike myself.

This is a Classic GP Luxury Yacht. Built from girders and Irn Bru in Glenrothes, Fife, by MEN of iron.

May God Bless this Classic Luxury Yacht and all who sail in her.

I like one pic where it shows a Tirfor winch pulling the stem upwards towards the mast step.

Would make a cracking first boat for a beginner.

I noticed the Tirfor and wondered what the intention ( in tension if you like) was.
As to suitable for a beginner, I strongly disagree, a boat in that state will be a progression of disappointments as restoration becomes a fast receding dream. Enough to put anyone off unless experience tells them what to expect.

If anyone would like to uplift it to Windermere I'll give them a bottle of spirits for their trouble........ They can keep the Tirfor as well.

I'm wondering why the Tirfor is there...structural problem?
Lakey, we are talking about visiting the Lake District this Easter. If it's a goer, I would be happy to deliver the boat for you.

I had first dibs on it, so expect it to be delivered to The Black Isle, Scottish Highlands, forthwith and tout de suite.
TIA

There does seem a lot to do with this one but they are great little boats.

Here is one I did a couple of years ago after a lot of faffing about.
