Define "full". Far from being a VP expert, but I suspect that it takes more than that to rebuild a couple of TAMD122.
Maybe Volvopaul can enlighten us in this respect.
I'm far from being a VP expert too but my guess of what a 'full' rebuild would be a strip down and replace cylinder liners, all crank bearings and all engine gaskets - see https://www.volvopenta.com/marineleisure/en-en/for-owners/parts/repair-overhaul-kits.html.
A kit for a TAMD44 is about £5k plus a couple of weeks work per side so another £5k. I guess there will be other bits that on inspection will need changing (turbos, coolers) plus hoses, clips and service items (oil, filters, belts impellers) so another £5k for those. That brings us to £15k and I guess if more stuff needs replacing or if you want to rub down the engine and make other improvements that could eat up another £5k.
VP, am I close?
