Cheap Perspex sheets available

Sorry, but this is probably only of interest to those in the Edinburgh area.

The Metal Centre, South Fort Street, Edinburgh is selling Perspex sheets 15 * 960 * 1170 mm for £5 (yes five quid) each. They are certainly "shop soiled" with no protective film and some slight scratching but I reckon they'll make great wash boards (which will get scratched in use anyway.)

Is this clear perspex or tinted / opaque? I'm definitely interested! Also, did you say 15mm thick????

Clear (but for inevitable slight greenish tinge.) 15mm thick: it won't bend much across a washboard!
