Hello, I am looking for cheap marina or combination of summer swinging mooring and winter on pontoon -south from Lowestoft. My boat is 27ft - 1.3m draft - long keel. Can somebody help me please. Thank you Petr.

I can't really give specifics but the further up the river you are, the cheaper it gets.
I kept my Sadler 29 on a drying mooring at the top of the Crouch. Mooring, lift in and out (DIY) winter storage ashore, tender park, harbour dues and club membership was about £400 pa.
Sadly, the length limit is 28 foot, so I'm going to have to bite the bullet with the new boat.

Thank you for your tips. I have single keel and I want floating all time. I live aboard and I am looking for something up to £250 per meter per year. Petr.

In which case, maybe Bridgemarsh would suit? At 1.3m you would only be aground for short periods during LW Springs, and would give you sailing +/-4hrs

April issue of PBO contained a listing of marina prices - quite a few on east Coast were well under £250 per meter.
I'm not sure how many of them allow living aboard but I know that some do.

Granary Yacht Harbour Woodbridge, access +/- 2 hours HW, float all the time, water, leccy, small chandlery (everything except clothes and electronics). £180 pm/pa inc VAT. But - shoreside facilities boatyard rather than yachty marina. Very friendly staff.

Tidemill Yacht harbour £260 pm/pa, yard rates higher, view not so nice but shoreside facilities the best on the East Coast,

I phoned Mel at Granary the other day looking for the same arrangement as the OP.

I was told that they removed all boats from the pontoons during the winter for dredging.

A lot of us stay in. Granary is an East Coast boatyard, face-to-face is best ;)

Thank you everybody, I will put your tips on my list. Do you know somebody if West Mersea Marine on the River Blackwater drying out? Thanks Petr.
