Anyone know of a source for a replacement fuel cap and its mounting plate / tube etc?
existing hole in deck is about 1.5 inches in diameter.
petrol tank.
2 required.
they seem to be very expensive from places like demon tweaks.
thanks

Kevin's stuff looks well thought out and engineered.
Very helpful. You won't beat his price (whichever way)

My sadness is my filler hole is 2 inches wide so his won't fit...

One point to note that his device is an insert to an existing fitting, and you look as though you want complete new units??

In which case clicky on this text.

Although MC sell to the narrowboat market, they are nice folks, so will supply you happily.
Mail Order.
Price good enough?

Hi Mighty Mouse,
I had a problem of uninvited guests helping themselves to fuel whilst in secure storage, so much for that idea! however If you go to page 30 of the downloadable 2009 catalogue from the link below, you’ll find various locking caps to suit most applications.
Either the Aeroch or the Aero 3 in my view L@@K fantastic…
Regards…Iain
