that's an excellent tech spec, and with a brand name behind it too, the price is astonishing.
Are they new to the UK market and trying to get % ?
If I didn't have a Honda suitcase, I'd be seriously tempted.

Branded as / for Hyundai, Clark, Evopower etc perhaps but NOT manufactured by them I fear.

noisier than a honda? More db at greater distance? I remember something about every 7db being twice as noisey but stand to be corrected.

VERY CLOSE: halving the distance between the source and the receiver will increase the sound power level by 6dB and of course the reverse is true!
Another fact is that two pieces of similar equipment operating in unison will only increase the total sound power level output by 3dB. Two sound sources at 50dB therefore would give 53dB!

Excuse my ignorance but what sort of equipment can you run together with one of these? We have the normal selection of electrical goodies on board so wondered if these are really practical. Can I run a telly and maybe hairdryer etc together?
Interested to hear how worthwhile these cheap generators might be.

Look at the link to powerland website about three posts up. Prices there are much cheaper. As for what you can run just note the continuous output of 800 watts. If the total of all the things you want to run together is less than that then you are OK. Hairdryers can have surprisingly high power requirements. As for TV my suggestion is to get a 12 volt one. Use the generator to run your battery charger, but remember that the noise may disturb others, so just take care when and where you use it.
