Hi guys!
I want to charter a boat in Cape Verde but it seems to be hard... I would like to land there and search for a local who wants to rent the sail boat as accommodation but, if possible, also to go out with the boat. No skipper is needed.
Which are the best islands to do this? which one have the bigger boat community?
