No not mine, though never say never...

Is it still the case that you have to be Spanish flagged and domiciled in Spain? I thought id read earlier in the year that theyd decided to tow the EU line and relax that a bit but can't find anything definite on the web.

I don't think so. I have a friend with a princess 82, UK flagged, doing full-on charter in Balearics. Spain seems to have decided to toe the line
