I don’t think that RYA accept any foreign competency (?) But if you have all the necessary skills of an “equal competency”, you can make directly the exam by the RYA and becoming afterwards your commercial endorsement… that’s my level of knowledge /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I simply misunderstood your "equal to the RYA..."
