After 6 viewings all from my advert despite being listed with a broker and we have a sale. Sat on mooring last Sunday having launched on Fri 13th and email from interested party wings its way. Within a couple of hours and whilst alongside viewing went well. Within 3 days offer accepted and we are well underway.
Now the weekend is all about looking at new to me yachts - what fun!
