Anyone else get the flyer through the post from Cherbourg?

20% diccount on mooring fees on the dates of special events.
Maybe British tourist boards should take note and do a deal with our marinas.

There's a thread here somewhere saying that Cherbourg Marina is due to be closed due to a sailing event and that even anchoring spots have to be pre-booked. And now you get a promo offering cheaper mooring fees when sailing events are taking place.

What is the truth? We need to know.

Marina is definitely closed, had it confirmed by email from the tourist office, so effectively a 100% discount applies.
