Thanks for the replies. I've seen other boats passing smoothly while I flounder and bounce into the waves. I'm not keen on floundering and bouncing.

Is the floundering and bouncing happening at speed? Perhaps being used to pitching and rolling at displacement speed is preferable to the motion you get at higher speeds?

Axopar 28 Cabin that we enjoyed on a recent demo’ with Ribshack was surprisingly friendly in some very unfriendly sea states. 40 knots from a 300hp outboard.
Impressive.
