Do you have a set of pipes made up and ready to fit or a length of steel pipe and four fittings?

If you have the correct spares ready to fit then they should have been delivered with each end sealed to keep foreign bodies out. I would still blow through the pipes with air before fitting.

Remove the existing pipes and clamps noting the position of all clamps if any. Fit the new pipes and replace the clamps and tighten the nut(s) at the fuel pump leaving the nut at the injector slack . Replace the spill pipe if necessary and tighten connections . You might need new copper or white metal washers obtainable from local injection specialist .
You will now have to prime the high pressure system by turning the engine as if starting until fuel leaked out of the loose injector connections and then tighten the connections. The engine should now start and run.

If you just have the components it is another ball game :)
