Changing boat registration

Have an english registered boat in spain which I am selling to a spaniard. Will it cost him to change from SSR to spanish register? Are there any complications? I have all the paperwork showing i voice with vat paid etc.

There will be a cost involved together with an inspection requirement to enable the safety certificate which all recreational Spanish registered vessels are required by law to have, renewable every 5 years.
Regards cost to register I'm not sure but the local capitania office will know.....
Safety cert will cost circa 300€ but note that was for my 12m..........
They might also insist on a hull and sterngear inspection so expect to have to lift out, I was lucky in that on mine they were satisfied with comprehensive photos I had taken on a previous haul out.
