Chainplate washer help please

Would anyone be able to help me to source one of these washers please, online preferably? Managed to loose the other one like an idiot.

The hole is 8mm, the shoulder 12mm and the main washer body 24mm

Searched for reducing, shoulder, stepped and weld washers, but to no avail.

Thanks ever so much. Tophat (specifically bushes) does seem to bring up more searches, but struggling for the dimensions and 316 grade.
