As I commented at the time - it gives a new meaning to 'blue screen of death'. Fortunately their systems didn't seem to be Windows based.

I have a vision that in the heat of battle, as the big red button is pressed (clicked), a little paperclip pops up as says 'Hi i'm clippy your assistant, I can help you with many everyday tasks like firing missles, click on me to continue'.

There is a full simulator on Whale Island. The builders of same requested that the simulator be given a suitable D class name (they were given Diomed per SWMBO) but were told not to push it when they requested an honours board as well. Names have to go through the Namig Committee who found this request a bit of a surprise
