And the picture upload didn't work, but that's been broken for years.

I.e. I just used Internet Explorer and it was fine

Ask your appropriate/local coastguard station for a contact email address, ask nicely and they will add your photos for you
They were kind enough to do the same when I had problems uploading photo's.

The did the same for me but it really is unprofessional. The upload does not seem to work at all.
