I'm in the process of buying a boat that 2 years ago had its smooth sections of topsides treated with Ceramic, looking at her today there is a shine to it but not a gloss that I thought /imagined Ceramic should give. This coming season will be its 3rd season - has the ceramic lost it's gloss? Does it need 'topping up" with ceramic or polishing, or something else?
