Centaur Tollesbury

I am told there is a Centaur in a place called Dougie's Yard in Tollesbury that is up for sale at a low price

a chap called Bert phoned me

the boat has radar and bent stanchions....

does anyone know anything about it

a name would be great


Bert is not the owner... but is very keen to sell me the boat

Dylan, I used to live in Tollesbury (no only one head but webbed feet!!!) and am now only a couple of miles up river from there, I have never heard of Dougies yard but Tollesbury is a small place and not much can be hidden there.

Will walk the dog there tomorrow and have a scout around with camera and provide feedback here if anything is found later in the day.

According to Dylan this contact was referring to TSL where I keep my boat. I spoke to Doug (the manager) and he knows nothing about the boat.

Dylan is now in possession of stuff which I obtained for him this morning. Best not to share too much here in public but let the man get on and pursue it, if felt right.

Ian fro your info the boat was/is in Woodrolfe brokerage yard at the back of the cruising club building.

Something has occurred to me though. The boat is called Weekend .......................... and that is of course what it will have if DW makes a big hole near the transom!!!!
