Can anyone tell me what the different CE Categories mean for a boats abilities? I think they range from A to D? or E??

The ranking is based on a combination of maximum wind and wawes conditions that the boat can afford. In brief:
A: wind above 8, wawes above 4 metres (but don't ask me how much "above"...)
B: wind up to 8, wawes up to 4 metres
C: wind up to 6, wawes up to 2 metres
D: wind up to 4, wawes up to 0,5 metres
A: wind above 8, wawes above 4 metres (but don't ask me how much "above"...)

C: wind up to 6, wawes up to 2 metres
D: wind up to 4, wawes up to 0,5 metres

I thought it was average it certainly is for the wave height.
